As a remote intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our dynamic team to develop and implement social media strategies across our brands, including Her Campus, College Fashionista, and Spoon University. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive Pinterest strategy for Her Campus, College Fashionista, and Spoon University, including creating pins to drive traffic to website content and video pins. Schedule existing social content to Pinterest and assist with testing new Pinterest features to enhance our social media presence. Collaborate with our social media team to support special projects across our social channels, including social media franchises and campaigns to promote editorial launches. Create video content for Pinterest, TikTok, and Instagram, occasionally serving as one of the "faces" of our brands. Research the latest social media trends and brainstorm ways to adapt popular memes to fit our audience. Schedule posts across platforms and assist with other social media-related tasks as needed. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be a current college undergraduate student. Possess strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills. Have a working knowledge of all Google for Work tools. Be detail-oriented, efficient, and creative, with a strong work ethic. Be passionate about the Her Campus mission and values. Have strong video editing skills and be comfortable being on camera. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experiences will be considered a plus: A deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram, both from a creator and user perspective. An interest in creating content related to pop culture, beauty, career, style, and lifestyle. Previous experience in social media marketing or content creation.
