Experienced Member Services Representative – Remote Customer Service

Why You'll LoveThis Job As a Member Services Representative, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that will challenge you and help you grow professionally.You'll work closely with various departments, including fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting, to ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll also be responsible for maintaining compliance with NACHA regulations, Federal Banking laws, and other relevant guidelines. Key Responsibilities * Complete data access and balancing tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency * Coordinate return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Work member cases/transactions assigned and follow established procedures to ensure compliance with regulations * Process mortgage bills, multi-account, and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks * Review, examine, and approveRemote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Log, study, and make necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Process Stop Pays and Check Batching * Complete daily balancing and department closing * Obtain information from contributors for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Research and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicate with vendors to process wire transfers * Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer regulations * Deposit check returns, review member re-issued checks, process member checks, verify contributors for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees All You'll Need for Success To excel in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail * Familiarity with bolthires Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Familiarity with banking or credit union operations and regulations * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures What You'll Get As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits that will enhance your work-life balance and career growth.These include: * Travel perks: Enjoy access to over 6,800 daily flights across our global network, and take advantage of discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more. * Health benefits: Get access to comprehensive health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits, as well as digital health visits, flexible spending accounts, and more. * Wellness programs: Take advantage of our wellness programs, which offer the tools, resources, and support you need to stay healthy and happy. * 401(k) program: Participate in our 401(k) program, which offers company contributions and a range of investment options.* Additional benefits: Enjoy discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more, as well as access to our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and other benefits.
