Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive Internal Medicine care for adult patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including advanced practitioners, behavioral health, nursing, and population health specialists to deliver coordinated, value-based care. • Utilize advanced technology and analytics to enhance patient engagement, access, and outcomes. • Participate in system innovation, quality improvement, and care redesign initiatives. • Enjoy a flexible, physician-centered schedule that supports work-life balance.
