Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. twentyAI is a fast-growing Acumatica VAR seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead ERP projects for SMBs in various sectors. The role involves full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementations, client training, and managing multiple projects to ensure high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support
ā¢ Work closely with clients to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective ERP solutions
ā¢ Configure Acumatica modules (Financials, Distribution, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.) to align with client needs
ā¢ Provide client training, user adoption support, and documentation for implemented solutions
ā¢ Collaborate with developers on customizations, integrations, and ISV add-ons
ā¢ Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality implementations
ā¢ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices in ERP strategy and process improvements
Skills
ā¢ Acumatica implementation experience
ā¢ Hands-on configuration and implementation expertise in multiple Acumatica modules
ā¢ Strong understanding of accounting, distribution, or manufacturing business processes
ā¢ Experience with data migration, integrations, and report/dashboard development
ā¢ Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and client-facing communication skills
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, consulting environment
ā¢ Acumatica certifications preferred (but not required)
