What You Will Do
• Manage multiple Physician Coding Projects.
• You will oversee Supervisors and Coders assigned to Client projects.
• Management of multiple projects and keeping each organized and managing communications between client and Coding leadership
• Responsible for maintaining metrics for each client assigned
• Will be client facing and assuring all aspects of the project are covered and that the team is sufficiently trained
• Responsible for reporting client updates to upper leadership.

What You Will Need
• Bachelor's degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
• 7+ years medical coding management experience
• Active CPC certification from AAPC
• Must have experience managing multiple projects and overseeing 20+ team members.
• Requires good written and oral communication skills
• Requires good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Will need to be skilled in excel and have good analytical skills

What Would Be Nice To Have
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Experience in educating and training coders
• CPMA Certification

The annual salary range for this position is $77,000.00-$129,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
