Job Details Schedule: Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts starting between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM EST Pay Rate: $35,000 - $41,000 annually, depending on experience Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Location: Fully Remote (must reside in Texas) Equipment: Provided What We're Looking For At blithequark, we seek individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer service focus, and the ability to educate customers about our products. Key Responsibilities As a Sales & Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Handling Sales and Enrollments: Engage with customers to promote our products and services, and facilitate enrollments. Managing Inbound and Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and make outbound calls to customers and prospects (no cold-calling required). Identifying Opportunities to Boost Product Sales: Analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services. Maintaining Accurate Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and enrollments. Collaborating with Colleagues: Work closely with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: At least 1 year of call center or sales experience. Location: Must reside in Texas. Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
