In this role you will remotely evaluate and implement the plan of care to improve, restore and enhance physical functional performance and promote injury prevention. • ** Position is fully remote. Worker must be agreeable to Franciscan Health Flexible Work Agreement.*** Flexible availability: including days, evenings, and weekends Minimum of 12 visits/month required.
