Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with regulations.
Record and relay messages promptly to the appropriate legal team members.
Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the legal team.
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience in legal, medical, or insurance settings preferred.
Familiarity with handling sensitive information and regulations.
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setup with a well-equipped home office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable handling high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with office software and phone systems.
Requirements
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
Availability during specified hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday with a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks
