Phone Associate/ Non-profit Fundraising (REMOTE)

• Knows how to personalize calls & can connect quickly with hard-working busy professionals

• Is assertive when necessary and is not deterred easily
• Ability to work independently and is self-motivated
• Positive attitude a MUST!
• Previous call center or professional telephone experience related to fundraising, sales or collections is a PLUS!!
• Basic computer knowledge (i.e using internet for research, Microsoft Office, etc...)
• *We are currently seeking part-time employees to work between 15 to 25 hours per week.
• $15.00/hour plus monthly bonuses to start
• Pay increase up to $17.00/hour based on performance during first 90 days
• Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM
• Ability to create your own schedule!
• Closed on major holidays!
• Full-time hours may be available after 180 days to those employees that exceed performance expectations consistently over a minimum of 6 months
• *To work from home employees must have:
• Internet access
• Access to a computer between the hours of 9 AM to 8 PM
• Quiet dedicated work space
• Access to Chrome, Edge
