We are a marketing company that has been around since 1997. We specialize in helping small business owners grow their business/brand with print media.
Core Responsibilities:
ā¢ Collaborate with Sales Representatives to analyze their sales territory and develop winning strategies to identify qualified leads through business development calling
ā¢ Learn our strategy, vision, mission and products
ā¢ Set at least one product demonstration per working hour which complete at an average of 70%.
ā¢ Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and email
ā¢ Master the company's telephone systems, email and other tools
Desired Qualifications and Qualities:
ā¢ Cold-calling experience
ā¢ Self-Motivated
ā¢ Natural networker and relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills
ā¢ Highly organized and detail-oriented individual withe great organizational and time-management skills.
ā¢ Skilled in standard Microsoft systems

Sales experience a plus (will train right candidate)
