PHASE 2: Funnel + State Landing Page Build

Alira Behavioral Health is a virtual women’s mental health practice providing psychiatric care and therapy across multiple U.S. states. Phase 1 (intake/referral cleanup and link corrections) is complete. We are now moving into Phase 2, which focuses on conversion readiness and state expansion. This is a one-time build project, not an ongoing agency engagement. We are looking for a strong WordPress freelancer (not a monthly agency) who can execute cleanly, respect scope, and deliver within a defined timeline. Phase 2 Scope of Work 1. Funnel & Conversion Flow Implement a clear funnel: Homepage / Mobile CTA → Screening Quiz → Pre-Screen Questionnaire Add a mobile-visible “Get Started” CTA Must be visible on mobile without opening the menu Desktop layout should remain clean and unchanged Ensure all CTAs route consistently into the same funnel entry point 2. Screening Quiz (HIPAA-Conscious) Build a short screening quiz (PHQ-9 / GAD-7 style or logic-based) Redirect-only logic No PHI stored on WordPress Quiz outcomes route users to: Pre-Screen Questionnaire Educational guidance if not a fit Crisis resources if indicated Mobile-first, clean UI 3. Navigation & Structure Updates Update site navigation to include: About Us (dropdown) Our Story Meet the Team Structure only — no content writing required 4. Meet the Team Page (Template Only) Create a reusable “Meet the Team” page template: Provider photo Name & credentials Short bio section CTA button (“Get Started” or “Book Now”) Client will upload photos and bios independently 5. State Landing Pages (SEO-Focused) Create one reusable state landing page template Build individual pages for: Massachusetts (MA) New York (NY) Florida (FL) Rhode Island (RI) Arizona (AZ) (final list to be confirmed before build) Each page should include: State-specific headline & copy Clear CTA into the funnel On-page SEO optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, headings) 6. QA & Testing Mobile + desktop responsiveness CTA and funnel routing validation Removal of any legacy or broken links Light performance check (no advanced optimization required) What This Project Does NOT Include Ongoing SEO retainers Blog content creation Paid ads or social media management Analytics dashboards or A/B testing Backlink building Monthly marketing strategy These may be considered in future phases.
