**The Role**

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers calling their local dealerships. You'll handle a variety of questions, inquires, and requests for customers, using dealership policies as a guide. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Scheduling, modifying, canceling, confirming, and rescheduling service appointments for customers on behalf of car dealerships using the dealerships' own booking system.
* Effectively communicating with customers to manage both dealership and customer expectations.
* Recording customer information and feedback professionally and accurately.
* Conducting calls in an efficient and effective manner, remaining professional at all times.
* No selling involved.

**What You'll Bring**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 6 months or more of call center experience.
* The ability to speak clearly and use professional telephone etiquette.
* Accurate and efficient typing skills.
* Active listening skills.
* The ability to acknowledge and respond quickly during customer conversations.
* The ability to solicit valuable customer feedback.
* The ability to appropriately manage difficult customer situations.
* The ability to multi-task between scheduling programs, call surveys, and customer conversations.
