Training Overview
Duration: 6 weeks of paid distance learning.
Format: Interact with instructors and peers via video and chat applications.
Audit Phase: Two weeks initially, potentially extending based on performance.
Support: Receive guidance from trainers and senior team members; self-motivation is key to success.
Performance Metrics: Track your progress and success.
Pay: $18.00 per hour, with potential for temp-to-hire after 6 months.
Job Start: Late August.

Workspace: Private home office space.
Skills: Strong computer skills; proficiency test required.
Environment: Quiet and uninterrupted household during work shifts; external multitasking is not permitted.
Training Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST, Monday to Friday (actual work shifts assigned post-training may include weekends and overtime).
