We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our team at various locations across the United States. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting our pharmacists in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy departments.

Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:
Assisting pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with state and federal regulations
Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and perform other pharmacy duties
Providing exceptional customer service and modeling a distinctive and delightful customer experience
Performing operational tasks, such as filling prescriptions, verifying medication, and maintaining inventory
Assisting with clinical services, including the collection and labeling of blood/urine samples and coordination with external providers
Maintaining good relationships with the local medical community and assisting with medical provider detailing and outreach
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Six months of experience in a retail environment
Prior work experience with Walgreens
Good math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
Good computer skills
Knowledge of store inventory control
PTCB or ExCPT certification
