Assist customers in locating over‑the‑counter (OTC) items, guiding them through aisles and ensuring product visibility.
Support the photo services area by handling digital passport photos, poster prints, and promotional product upsells.
Manage web‑pickup orders via Picture Care Plus, accurately picking items and delivering them to ready customers.


Pharmacy Support & Prescription Processing

Under direct supervision of the pharmacist, use arenaflex pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, ensuring data integrity.
Enter prescription details, count, pour, and verify pharmaceuticals, following strict safety checks for dosage, drug interactions, and labeling accuracy.
Immediately report any prescription errors to the pharmacist, adhering to arenaflex’s Quality Improvement Program and pharmacy code of conduct.
Handle pharmacist‑level telephone communications, including calls to physicians, third‑party payers, and insurance inquiries.
Process third‑party claim corrections and resubmissions with precision and timeliness.
Assist in inventory management for pharmaceuticals: receiving shipments, checking invoices, storing medication according to temperature and security guidelines, and filing variance claims.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding controlled substances, alcohol, and tobacco products.
Participate in Good Faith Dispensing practices, ensuring every prescription fills meets legal and ethical standards.


Training, Certification, & Personal Development

Earn and retain PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification through arenaflex‑provided training pathways.
Complete mandatory pharmacy practice lessons (PPLs) and attend ongoing continuing education sessions to stay current with clinical guidelines and industry trends.

Essential Qualifications
