Position Overview We are looking for four experienced Pharmacists based in the US (Florida, Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois) with an active Illinois license to work with a premium client in the medical field. As a Remote Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing support to customers, specifically verifying verbal prescription orders over the phone with local clinics. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze patient information to ensure appropriateness using clinical criteria. Practice and maintain the principles of utilization management by adhering to company policies and procedures. Uphold the clinical integrity of pharmaceutical solutions by participating in ongoing training programs to ensure quality performance in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Provide consultation on pharmacy-related questions to resolve claims submission related to medication edits. Deliver exceptional customer service through professional and accurate communication while maintaining NCQA and health plans required timeframes. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organization. Training Program We offer a comprehensive, paid training program that is fully remote, ensuring you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. The training may take place on nights and weekends, while working hours will be during regular B2B hours (7:15 am CST - 6:15 pm CST). Requirements Current Illinois license for registered Pharmacist. Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy. 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or pharmacy setting. Clinical experience preferred. Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone. Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Strong organizational and time management skills. Compassion and empathy for patients and customers. Internet and Hardware Requirements To ensure seamless performance, you will need: Internet: Broadband connection with Ethernet-based LAN. Processor: 1.8GHz upwards (64bit preferable). RAM: 8GB upwards. Storage: 10GB minimum. Resolution: 1920x1080 preferred. Headset: Wired USB. Operating System: Windows 10 or upwards.
