Responsibilities
Ā Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned projects and coordinate resources among projects and contracts.

Ā Prioritize, delegate, and accomplish tasks independently and in a team to ensure successful implementation of goals and objectives.

Ā Work with stakeholders, drug plans, prescribers, and pharmacies to build partnerships and support data sharing.
,
Ā Review and interpret contract deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion.
,
Ā Lead the design and application of work plans and coordinate their evaluation and modifications.
,
Ā Contribute to the conceptual design and implementation of projects and assist with project execution as needed.
,
Ā Ensure all project deliverables and timelines are met and report on variances in a timely manner.

Ā Provide educational programs as necessary to meet project goals and promote effective medication use.

Ā Contribute newsletter articles, abstracts for submission to organizations, and written manuscripts for publication.

Ā Present at national pharmacy, medical, and quality organization meetings.
Requirements
Ā Registered pharmacist with a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, and a Master's degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D.

Ā 3 to 5 years of experience in practice (retail, health-systems, consulting, industry, or academia).
,
Ā Strongly preferred experience in Medicare Part D Plan or PBM.
,
Ā Prior experience with medical testimony, law enforcement referrals, or investigations is preferred.
,
Ā Experience with wholesalers/inventory management is preferred.
,
Ā Medicaid experience is a plus.
,
Ā Compounding and/or tele-prescribing experience is a plus.
,
Ā Intermediate-level and above ability to use Excel is required.
,
Ā Strong writing skills for timely and accurate completion of contract deliverables.
