Successful candidate must be an attorney in good standing (i.e. active license) with State Bar of California, and have 5+ years of experience handling personal injury matters, with solid litigation experience
My client is currently looking to hire a seasoned attorney with at least 6+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience. You will manage your own caseload handling all aspects of your claims and cases - from client intake, through pre-litigation, litigation, and trial.
Within this structure, you will be responsible for decisions from case acceptance, prosecution, settlement, and you will partner with firm management to determine which cases should be tried to verdict to maximize the client’s recovery.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between 170-250k
Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
