Personal Injury Attorney -Remote * No experience needed
Seeking an attornmey interested in Personal Injury to join a growing personal injury law firm. The Attorney will handle all aspects of a PI claim, must be self-motivated, able to manage own caseload, and work with others within a litigation and pre-litigation team.

Qualifications
Rhode Island Office position - RI or MA Bar
JD: Required
Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
at least 1 year of experience in personal injury law
Responsibilities
Handle litigation case load;
Provide an evaluation of claims, including a proposed litigation strategy;
Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and the depositions;
Research and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memorandums;
Ability to litigate pre-trial motions;
Prepare for and represent clients through mediation and trial, including jury trials;
General file management, including meeting client and court deadlines;
Work with pre-litigation team.
