Personal Financial & Tax Advisor for Single-Member LLC (USA Only)
We are seeking an experienced Personal Financial and Tax Advisor with strong knowledge of U.S.A tax strategies for single-member LLCs. The ideal candidate will help us develop legal strategies for depreciation and business expense deductions to reduce personal tax liability.
This is a consulting role focused on tax optimization, structuring, and planning for business owners.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current business structure (Single-Member LLC) and personal tax exposure
Develop tax strategies using depreciation, business expenses, and deductions
Provide guidance on asset depreciation (vehicles, equipment, real estate, etc.)
Recommend tax-efficient structures and accounting practices
Ensure compliance with regulations while optimizing tax outcomes
Provide written reports and actionable recommendations
Requirements:
Certified CPA, EA, or tax attorney (preferred)
Proven experience with U.S. small business tax planning
Strong knowledge of IRS tax code for single-member LLCs
Experience with depreciation methods (MACRS, Section 179, Bonus Depreciation)
Familiarity with business expense optimization and personal tax planning
Nice to Have:
Experience advising entrepreneurs and multi-entity business owners
Knowledge of international
Experience with QuickBooks, ADP, or similar accounting systems
