Position: Personal Banker - Southeast Region Float (Northeast OH Branches)

We are searching for a Personal Banker/Customer Service Representative III with a minimum of 2 years recent experience in retail branch banking working on the platform and in the teller window. The candidate will be proficient in running a teller window, opening depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRAs) taking HELOC/HELOAN applications and resolving customer issues on the platform. Conventional First Mortgage application experience is a plus.
The successful candidate will work in all areas of the branch and will work within our Southeast region that consists of two different branch locations (Strongsville and Brecksville). The home office for this position is our Brunswick Branch. The candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, work well in a fast paced environment and thrive in a team based setting.
Requirements:
6 months of recent Retail Bank Teller experience.
2 years of recent experience working in a retail branch banking location on the platform with new account openings, Equity loan applications and resolving customer issues.
Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor, as well as positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills are required.
Successful candidates will work in all areas of the branch.
Conventional First Mortgage experience is a plus if you meet all other requirements.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Ability and willingness to work within a regional area of three branch locations rotating when and where needed.
