Personal Assistant to the CEO
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not your typical assistant role.
You’ll be embedded alongside a founder/CEO building a company that has the opportunity to be one of the most consequential of this decade. You’ll get exposure to the frontier of health and medicine and a team and network of really smart accomplished people - while also being trusted to run the most important and foundational layer of the company, the CEO’s affairs: logistics, home, health, time, and energy.
This is a role for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, grow fast, and is not afraid of hard work. You’ll do everything from managing supplements to coordinating dinners - and you’ll be expected to do it all with total trust, attention to detail, and full discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Household & Personal Logistics
• Manage packages, mail, returns, and home inventory
• Order supplements, groceries, and health items regularly
• Coordinate with chef, handle meal, smoothie and drink prep, and food routines
• Handle expenses, reimbursements, household and medical supply tracking
• Keep property clean, tidy, and organized (some hands-on cleaning required)
• Ensure everything is packed before trips (down to chargers and vitamins)
• Help ensure adherence to morning and nighttime routines
Scheduling & Energy Management
• Maintain and optimize a complex in-person and digital calendar alongside two virtual assistants and a business operations team
• Coordinate all gym sessions, meetings, appointments, and events
• Block time proactively to protect deep work, rest, meditate and recover
• Ensure every in-person commitment is prepared for and frictionless
• Anticipate needs — always be 3 steps ahead
✈️ Travel, Events, & Errands
• Handle trip planning and logistics (accommodation, flights, packing)
• Travel occasionally to LA or elsewhere to support founder on the ground
• Run physical errands across San Francisco
• Help coordinate intimate dinners, events, or team gatherings
• Support ad hoc needs at the office
