[Remote] Mortgage Advisor Associate

As a Mortgage Advisor Associate, you will support borrowers exploring specialty loan options, drive lead conversion, and maintain compliance while connecting qualified borrowers with licensed loan advisors.ResponsibilitiesManage and convert specialty leads (construction, renovation, and chattel) provided by the company into qualified mortgage applicationsConduct high-volume outbound outreach, averaging 40–50 calls per day, while maintaining a professional and consultative approachInterview prospective borrowers to gather financial and credit informationSeamlessly connect qualified borrowers with licensed loan advisors for next-step consultationsMaintain strong working knowledge of specialty lending programs and eligibility requirementsEnsure full compliance with all federal, state, and company mortgage regulations and policiesMaintain required state mortgage licensing standards applicable to the roleProvide regular updates to the Business Development Manager and Loan Advisors on lead conversion performance and loan statusWork toward monthly production and conversion goalsSupport additional responsibilities based on experience and competenciesSkillsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyDemonstrated understanding of mortgage products, lending criteria, and basic credit analysisAbility to manage multiple leads and applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations and internal compliance standardsResults-oriented mindset with a focus on customer experience and ethical lending practicesAlignment with and embodiment of eLend's core valuesActive NMLS license preferred, licensed in at least one stateCandidates who have passed the NMLS SAFE Exam and require sponsorship will also be consideredBenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits401(k)Generous PTO and paid holidaysHybrid work environment in Parsippany, NJModern tools and tech-forward workflowsCompany OvervieweLEND TPO® (formerly AFR Wholesale), the wholesale division of American Financial Resources, LLC DBA eLEND®, has been proudly supporting mortgage professionals since 1997.
