Design and implement performance testing strategies using Tricentis NeoLoad. 2. Develop load testing scenarios, scripts, and execution plans based on system requirements and user load models in S/4 specific to SD, CPI iflows for OTC integrated with boundary systems (integration perspective) 3. Execute performance tests to assess system behavior under high-load, stress, and peak scenarios. 4. Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to define performance goals, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize system performance. 5. Analyze test results, identify root causes of performance issues, and provide actionable recommendations for improvements. 6. Configure and manage NeoLoad testing environments, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with enterprise needs. 7. Document testing procedures, findings, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 8. Provide training and mentorship to team members on NeoLoad and performance testing best practices. 9. Stay updated on Tricentis NeoLoad's latest features and industry trends in performance engineering. 10. Enable Tricentis as a mandatory performance testing tool for all SAP work at iHerb Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience specific to SAP testing projects, S/4HANA (must be OTC-experienced), BTP and CPI environments using Tricentis Neoload, and other tools Candidate must be able to work US (Pacific time) hours.
