PeopleSoft Developer - Karwell Technologies Inc

We re looking for a PeopleSoft Developer to join our team and support our fully on-premises PeopleSoft 9.2 environment across HCM and Financials modules. This role is a blend of system maintenance/administration and new development, offering opportunities to design and implement enhancements while supporting critical day-to-day operations.What You ll Do:Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications (PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, Component Interfaces).Support and enhance both HCM (HR, Payroll, Benefits) and Financials (GL, AP, AR, Procurement) modules.Work with SQL Server to write/debug complex queries and optimize performance.Collaborate with business users and IT teams to troubleshoot, design solutions, and implement upgrades/patches.Participate in on-call support rotation and assist with production issues.What We re Looking For:5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience, with expertise in v9.2.Strong knowledge of PeopleCode, SQR, Integration Broker, BI Publisher.Experience with SQL Server and debugging complex SQL.Familiarity with HCM and Financials modules.Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and troubleshooting complex issues.Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
