Job Summary

An InnovaCare People Operations Partner has knowledge in a broad array of topics related to Compensation and Total Rewards, onboarding, Workday HRIS system, reporting, and communications. The People Operations Partner will work with corporate as well as clinic employees and may also assist the People Services team to distribute information about new procedures, policies, operations, employee engagement and company culture and mission, vision, values initiatives.

Essential Job Functions
• Supports employee onboarding, conducts orientation, reporting, compensation analysis and career architecture.
• Assists and collaborates on PS logistics, documentation, communications, and initiatives.
• Understands the market(s) they serve and overall company mission, vision and values
• Manages PS initiatives and reporting in Workday
• Communicates with PS team members on an ongoing basis.
• Knows how to develop and work with job descriptions, job requirements, job ethics, credentialing, etc.
• Communicates with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.

Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills
• At least 5 years HR experience, healthcare preferred.
• Adaptable and flexible. Be able to redirect focus at a moment’s notice.
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Suite, applicant tracking systems, and Workday (or similar systems)
• Attention to detail; organized
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of company leadership and executive team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Be comfortable in working in a highly-interactive and fast paced environment.
• Strong multi-tasking, analytical, and problem solving skillset
• High focus on developing and maintaining positive employee experience and company culture
• Ability to deliver a trusted employee experience in all interactions consistent with company culture consistent with mission, vision and values
• Innovative in evaluating and identifying process improvement opportunities
• Strong execution mindset on all projects and responsibilities

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
• Multilingual
• College Degree
