Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience...
7 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
7 years of experience in people operations.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in managing large-scale transformation projects.
Experience in benefits programs and relevant process and system design for program implementation.
Experience developing and maintaining reliable process documentation.

Responsibilities
Serve as a process designer for our hire to retire portfolio of activities and projects.
Design process and program improvements to address business needs and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Design and plan the roll-out of service changes.
Develop subject matter expertise on the global operations within a variety of service areas, to facilitate meaningful and effective partner discussions.
Work closely with regional delivery teams to develop and maintain resource documentation, including process mapping, training materials and knowledge management with a consideration for global needs.
Advise partners on risks, dependencies, timing, or technology considerations supporting a multi-year service roadmap.
