Role Summary
Seeking a Performance Engineer to lead performance testing and optimization for large-scale enterprise data platforms with strong focus on MDM systems. Responsible for performance strategy, test execution, analysis, and tuning across applications, databases, APIs, and infrastructure layers.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Design & execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests
ā¢ Validate performance of MDM and data workflows (ingestion, sync, matching, governance)
ā¢ Identify bottlenecks across application, DB, and infrastructure layers
ā¢ Build realistic workload models based on production patterns
ā¢ Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
ā¢ Partner with architecture & engineering teams for tuning and optimization
ā¢ Deliver performance reports aligned with SLAs/NFRs

ā¢ Strong SQL performance tuning & query optimization
ā¢ API & microservices performance testing
