As a Professional Services Sales Consultant, you will provide the first impression to customers interested in establishing and growing their online presence. We take a consultative approach to sales — learning about the needs of each customer and fitting them into the best products and services available. What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. Educate customers about our site design services, understanding their goals for the website and detailing how our team can help bring that vision to life. Educate customers about our search engine optimization services, understanding their current marketing strategy and how we can expand it. Maintain industry awareness and knowledge of current search engine optimization strategies. Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, adapt and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment Follow a hybrid approach of both Inbound and Outbound dials to connect with customers who have inquired about our products and services. This will include online inquiries, emails and internal leads submitted through the referral process. Everyone you speak with is an existing customer or someone inquiring on how to become a customer. Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. Driven to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas. Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong passion for helping small and medium sized businesses succeed. Enthusiasm to learn about Website Design and SEO. Ability to handle change in a dynamic environment. The compensation for this position is $16.50/hourly (plus commission).
