Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care according to the care plan Monitor health status, track vital signs, and administer medications/treatments Collaborate with family and care team to ensure the best outcomes Maintain accurate charting and documentation Requirements: Current Illinois RN license CPR required (Castor is able to assist with internal certification if needed) Pediatric or young adult experience preferred (but not required) Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach New graduates welcome - comprehensive training provided for trach, vents, G/J tubes, and more through internal skills lab.
