Payroll Manager ( Remote) ( ADP Vantage a MUST)
Our client, a large hospital practice is currently seeking a Payroll Manager on a consulting basis who has experience with ADP Vantage. They are looking for someone who is experienced with high volume payroll and who has managed staff.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Large Payroll Processing for multi-states
ā¢ Assure payroll deductions/garnishments for employee contributions
ā¢ Process year end information
ā¢ Ensure accurate processing utilizing ADP Vantage, reconciliation and recordkeeping of multi-state payroll
ā¢ Overall responsibility for system management and compliance
ā¢ Help with payroll related projects, including continuous development of processes that are scalable and support the company's growth;
ā¢ Research discrepancies of payroll information on a timely basis to ensure accuracy and prior to processing;
ā¢ Perform analysis, generate reports, and assist the HR and Finance team with special projects.
Requirements
ā¢ Bachelors Degree
ā¢ 2+ years of Payroll Management Experience including Payroll Processing
ā¢ ADP VANTAGE EXPERIENCE A MUST
ā¢ Able to process a weekly payroll cycle for approximately 20000 hourly and salaried employees with a team
ā¢ Ability to work 100% remote
