About This Opportunity We are looking to add a Payroll Coordinator to our Global Payroll Services team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for more experience in Human Resources, and Payroll more specifically. In this role, you will gain experience working deeply within our payroll module processing numerous payrolls for the company. You will be an integral part of the team as we continue to refine processes and tooling. You will also have the opportunity to partner with HRIS as we continue to build out automation, refine reporting and take on a number of other exciting tasks and initiatives. Responsibilities The Payroll Coordinator II is responsible for processing payroll within the payroll system and for executing standardized procedures to complete the payroll processing cycle. Working independently, but under direct supervision, this position ensures the accurate and timely processing of employee pay under both bi-weekly and semi-monthly pay schedules. • Reviewing timecards for completeness and accuracy • Contact and coordinate with various department supervisors to capture any missed time reported • Compile payroll data such as other earnings as well as garnishments • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly transfer of payroll data using payroll processing software • Compile internal management reports from payroll system software • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay related topics • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years experience working within a Workday environment preferred. Other systems experience also desirable. • Previous experience working within an HR/Benefits department preferred • Demonstrated ability to continually enhance understanding of payroll process requirements within a dynamic environment • Strong analytical skills (analytical aptitude) • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • Strong oral communication and presentation • Demonstrated expertise within Excel • Demonstrated proficiency in using software applications including Outlook, Word and Powerpoint • Strong written communication skills that ensure the concise and accurate delivery of information • Working knowledge of commonly referenced compliance and regulatory requirements including DOL and FLSA • Experience developing and maintaining organized work habits that ensure the effective management of workflow and deliverable requirements InComm Payments provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran’s status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. • This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus Program - Tier II - #LI-SO1 #LI-Remote Apply tot his job
