It’s not your typical lead generation role. You’ll be building scalable systems, testing new tools, and optimizing outbound frameworks that define how AI-powered agencies grow. For the right candidate, this role can quickly evolve into a senior growth or operations position. Your Mission As an Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll design and run AI-driven outreach campaigns that generate qualified leads for client accounts. You’ll manage campaigns from end to end using automation tools, personalized messaging, and data-backed strategies to improve performance and conversion.
