Job Description: Bi-Weekly Payroll Specialist
Ā Process bi-weekly payroll for assigned properties ensuring employees are paid properly and timely.
Ā Ensure hours worked are approved and reported properly for Herschend properties.
Ā Enter payroll deductions and other pay information accurately.
Ā Process off-cycle interims as necessary for assigned properties.

Primary Responsibilities:
Ā Process payroll for assigned properties.
Ā Ensure hours worked are approved and reported.
Ā Handle employee garnishments and earnings verifications.
Ā Process payroll related information in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ā Balance customer service to employees and property management with efficiency.
Ā Work with others to obtain compliance with payroll timelines and procedures.
Ā Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
