Key Responsibilities:

ā¢ Collect and verify timesheets, attendance records, and leave forms
ā¢ Enter and maintain accurate employee payroll information in the system
ā¢ Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner
ā¢ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws
ā¢ Assist with preparation of payroll reports for accounting and management teams
ā¢ Support year-end processes including W-2 and other tax document distribution
ā¢ Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and employee data
