Our Ops team drives mission-critical initiatives to fulfill and maintain our product coverage. We are looking for a hard-charging specialist who is focused on outcomes, accuracy, and builds strong relationships along the way. This is a contract role.ResponsibilitiesWork with government agencies to accurately close compliance accountsProvide support to users—communicating updates and handling requests for account closuresUse internal tools and processes to keep customers’ Mosey app up to datePrepare close out reportsRegularly review and update Mosey’s processes to reflect the latest regulations and standards.CapabilitiesExcellent communicator, verbal and writtenStrong conceptual and critical thinkingAcute attention to detailAbility to accurately and concisely summarize complex informationAbility to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time, and remain highly organizedRequirements2+ years experience working in/with payroll accounts and complianceExperience working with government agenciesExperience working at an early-stage startup or eagerness to learnStrong connection with the mission of the companyThe compensation range for this position is between $25 and $40 an hour, depending on experience.Our operating principles:Pursue knowledgeLead with curiosity, reject bad explanations, and create objective knowledge with a tradition of conjecture and criticism.Writing is thinkingMany seemingly good ideas don’t survive closer inspection when written down.
