What Youll Be Doing:
In this role, youll support a diverse student population with a variety of communication needs including speech sound disorders, language impairments, fluency issues, and pragmatic/social language challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering direct therapy sessions virtually using a secure platform
• Conducting assessments and reevaluations as needed
• Writing and maintaining IEPs in collaboration with the students team
• Tracking student progress and maintaining accurate session notes and data
• Participating in virtual IEP meetings and team discussions
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to support carryover of skills
• Ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Who Were Looking For:
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active West Virginia SLP license
• ASHA CCCs required
• Experience in a K12 school setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with virtual platforms and comfort working online
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
