We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Payment Poster Lead to join our team remotely, supporting our corporate office. As a key member of H2 Health, you will play a crucial role in managing our billing processes.

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: At least 2 years of healthcare payment posting experience
Qualifications:
• Proven team lead experience in payment posting
• Demonstrated expertise in Healthcare billing and payment posting, preferably in Physical Therapy.
• Proficiency in Raintree Billing System is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of health insurance providers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely and support the corporate office effectively.
