Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking to strengthen its International Delivery Team by hiring a GRC Consultant in the fields of Audit, Compliance, Anti-Fraud, Operational/ICT Cyber Risk transformation via advanced analytics and related solutions.RESPONSIBILITIESThe successful candidate will collaborate with a specialized team of business consultants, risk advisors, and solution specialists operating within different projects across multiple countries. Their main responsibility will include: • Supporting the Project Manager in management and driving digital transformation processes • Assisting in the design and implementation of GRC management processes and practices • Assisting in the design of GRC architecture and assessing the bank’s technological ecosystem • Performing data analysis and querying data to implement GRC solutions • Supporting the design and analysis for the integration of risk metrics into GRC processes REQUIREMENTS • Good bolthires Office skills, e.g,.Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access • Up to 3 years of experience in banking processes and organization • Fluency in English is mandatory (at least C1) SOFT SKILLS • Effective communicator in a multi-national and multi-disciplinary environment • Self-motivated, effective under pressure, and willing to take initiative • Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail • Project/time management skills to meet required deadlines • Teamwork attitude, flexibility and proactivity • Problem-solving skills and good interpersonal skills LOCATION Milan or Bologna WHAT WE OFFER COMPENSATION, WELFARE & BENEFITOur history, as well as our future, is based on the value of our people.Prometeia’s biggest investment is in our people, and it concerns every aspect of professional life.
