Patner/Attorney with Book :: Fully Remote :: Great Compensation
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Partner/Attorney with a portable book of business to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will bring an established client base and a proven track record of delivering exceptional legal services. This is an opportunity to leverage our firm’s strong infrastructure, supportive team environment, and resources to grow your practice and expand your client relationships.
We are open to individuals or absorbing small firms that want more support
Responsibilities:
• Manage and service your existing clients while expanding business opportunities.
• Provide high-quality legal advice, representation, and counsel in your area(s) of practice.
• Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to cross-market services and support client needs.
• Handle all aspects of client matters from initial consultation through resolution.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and business contacts.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Illinois.
• Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience in one or more of the firm’s practice areas (e.g., litigation, business law, real estate, construction, etc.).
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $500,000 annually. The compensation is based on the book of business an attorney/Partner brings in.
