Patient Intake Coordinator/CSR

Our client is looking for aPatient Intake Coordinator / Customer Service Representative (CSR)to join their innovativeTelehealthcompany. Responsibilities
⢠Manageprimarily chat and email-basedpatient communications, with some inbound phone support.
⢠Conduct patientintake and onboarding, ensuring accurate data entry in theirEHR system.
⢠Address patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear, compassionate support.
⢠Relay critical patient information todoctors and pharmaciesas needed.
⢠Assist inscheduling appointmentsand coordinating orders.
⢠Monitor pharmacy shipments, track delays, and communicate updates to patients.
Requirements
⢠Fluent in English (written and spoken)ā strong communication skills are a must.
⢠Prior experience inhealthcare customer service, patient intake, or medical support roles.
⢠Ability tolearn quickly, adapt to new tools, and proactively solve problems.
⢠Comfortable working in afast-paced, remote environment.
⢠Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
⢠1+ yearsin ahealthcare CSR, medical assistant, or patient coordinator role.
⢠Familiarity withEHR systems(preferably Charm EHR) is a plus.
⢠Experience withTidio Chat, Zendesk, Trello, or Slackis beneficial but not required.
