Position: UX Researcher III Location: US- Remote Duration: 09+ months Contract Job Description: Job Overview: The Quantitative UX Researcher will specialize in the development, management, and analysis of large-scale tracking surveys. This role requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in user experience research, a Master's degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, or a PhD with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expertise in survey design, and proficiency in coding with R. Responsibilities: Design, manage, analyze, and produce reports for large-scale, primarily tracking surveys. Effectively manage and prioritize research within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments. Generate effective insights to inform both ongoing and prospective research initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in user experience research, Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience coding with R, particularly the Tidyverse package. Experience in survey design and item development. Experience applying statistical analysis methods, including basic descriptive analysis, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests. Demonstrated interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research. Proficiency with Google suites. Experience with Python coding is considered advantageous. Required: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Social Sciences). Pay Range: $83 - $88/hour on W2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
