Envera Health's Patient Access Coordinators work collaboratively with several health organizations & clinics to schedule patient appointments and provide patient support over the phone in a call center environment.

Patient Access Coordinator Responsibilities:
Β• Answer a high volume of calls a day using a multi-line phone. (75+ calls/shift - Call Center)
Β• Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocols.
Β• Gather & input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system.
Β• Report complex clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor/client partner.
Β• Document call activity, outcomes, and other notes as needed in the client system.
Β• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the goals and objectives of the department.
Β• Assist callers and navigate them to the appropriate resources.
Β• Must meet attendance and performance standards.

The starting wage for this entry-level position is: $16.00/per hour (non-negotiable), with the ability to obtain additional Monthly Bonuses based on attendance & performance.

The pay scale for this postion is $16.00 - $19.50 per hour,

Required Qualifications:
Β• Customer/patient service skills
Β• Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
Β• Excellent communication skills over the phone
Β• Strong Internet Speed & access to router via Ethernet Cord (Minimum speed: 20mbps Download & 6mbps Upload)

Preferred Qualifications:
Β• Healthcare exposure
Β• Experience using an EMR and scheduling software
Β• Experience in Cerner EMR system
Β• Call Center experience
Β• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail.
