They are steadily growing and have succeeded in attracting agents and attorneys from a diverse array of firms and corporations.
If you have at least a $150K book of business as a patent attorney or patent agent, this is an opportunity to keep more of what you bill, while still having the backend, administrative support, and internal cross-selling opportunities of a well established firm.
This firm's model is based on fairness, flexibility, and providing value without sacrificing quality. A true win-win scenario for the partners, associates, agents and clients. There are incentives for cross selling within the firm and a completely flexible work schedule.
Type of Work:
Preparation and prosecution of US patents, patent opinions, patent portfolio management, due diligence, licensing.
Technical Background:
Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Molecular Biology.
Requirements:
At least 4-5 years of solid patent agent or attorney experience.
At least a $150K portable book of business.
USPTO registration (for agents and attorneys); State Bar (for attorneys).
