Marketing Development Summer Associate

Join Raymond James as a Summer Associate in Marketing Development to support marketing, communications, and analysis initiatives in a dynamic financial services environment. Your Role Key responsibilities include: • Supporting teams to plan, develop, and execute initiatives in marketing, communication, and analyst functions. • Performing competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity. • Preparing and presenting project work. • Completing projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing. • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Providing support with various ad-hoc projects as assigned by the marketing team. • Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications. • Working independently on assigned projects and tasks, meeting all delivery deadlines. • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned. About You The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing/advertising, communications, or related arts or sciences fields (e.g., economics, psychology, math, philosophy, sociology, statistics, political science) with a graduate date of May 2027 or later. • Knowledge of business and/or marketing processes. • Basic understanding of project management, research, and analysis concepts. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Skills in organization, planning, time management, and exercising judgment to complete projects independently. • Ability to work effectively as part of a virtual/hybrid team. • Strong communication skills, both oral and written. • Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD). • Submission of a cover letter expressing interest in Raymond James Marketing.
