Opportunity to work fully remotely as a patent attorney from anywhere in the USA.

The focus of the work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents for domestic and foreign clients while also supporting practice needs in other related areas (e.g., patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions; portfolio strategy and management; due diligence; litigation support; Patent Trial and Appeal Board issues).
Patent Attorney Requirements:
ā¢ Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
ā¢ Must have at least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience.
ā¢ USPTO Patent Attoreny.
