We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Strategist who understands how content connects to real business outcomes; leads, website traffic, and brand visibility. This role is for someone who doesn’t just post for aesthetics. You understand what works, why it works, and how to shape content using proven formulas that drive engagement and growth. What You’ll Do Ideate and conceptualize strategic content aligned with client goals Create content using proven frameworks for reach, engagement, and virality Write captions and on-screen copy for: Short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) Carousels Image-based posts Edit short-form video content with attention to pacing, hooks, and clarity Adapt content strategy across industries while maintaining each brand’s voice Review your work carefully before submission; details matter here Meet deadlines consistently and communicate clearly if something shifts Who You Are You understand social media from a strategy-first perspective, not just trends You know how to translate business goals into content ideas You enjoy working with wellness and therapy brands, and can also flex into industries like: Home remodeling Weddings Service-based businesses You’re organized, reliable, and self-managed You care about quality and double-check your work before it goes out Bonus Points Experience working inside Notion, especially for content calendars and client portals Familiarity with agency workflows and multiple client accounts The Role Part-time to start Remote Contract-based initially Strong potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person If you’re a strategist who loves both the creative and analytical sides of social media, and you want to grow with a boutique agency that values thoughtful work and real results, we’d love to hear from you.
