This impressive group of practitioners has been steadily expanding as they continue to attract sophisticated work from a wide range of clients. The focus of the work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents for complex and highly valued patent portfolios, while also supporting practice needs in other related areas (e.g., patentability, infringement, validity, and freedom to operate opinions and related analysis; portfolio strategy and management; due diligence). Notably, this is a very team oriented, friendly, and cooperative environment with a great retention track record, thus your talent will be matched with opportunity and responsibility. In particular, associates are entrusted with substantial client interaction and must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The current opportunity is driven by a need for someone with a strong biological and biochemical background. Since this is a diverse life sciences practice, there is also the opportunity to do more chemical related work if it aligns with your interests and capabilities.
