Patent Attorney / Agent Needed (0-5 yrs exp/ work from home)
Hi, We are a small IP firm in DC. We are looking for a remote patent attorney / patent agent to help with overflow work, most of the patents we file are non complex / very simple subject matter. The ideal candidate will live in the DC area and surrounding states but everyone is welcome to apply as long as you are registered to practice before the USPTO. We can pay: $350 for a Provisional patent $550 for Non Provisionals $350 for patent OAs Another junior practitioner will put together all of the USPTO filing docs (O/D, POA, ADS, etc...) and file the application.
