Job Description As a Passenger Support Attendant at Delta Airlines, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the travel experience for our passengers. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will help ensure that every passenger enjoys a seamless journey with us. Responsibilities – Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning processes. – Provide information about flight schedules, connections, and other travel details. – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. – Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. – Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations during boarding and arrival. – Maintain a clean and organized work area. – Support passengers with special needs, including those requiring mobility assistance. Requirements – Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. – Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. – Good communication skills, both verbal and written. – Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist passengers with baggage. Educational Qualifications – High School Diploma or equivalent is required. – Additional training or certifications in customer service or hospitality is a plus. Experience – Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
